Joe built a two car garage for us with a small attached workshop. He was very easy to work with and the quality of the job was top notch. The crew was extremely efficient. He directed us to a financing company for our project that we are very happy with. He used great quality materials to complete our garage at competitive pricing. We asked for several special requests and he was happy to accommodate them with no hassles. Can't say enough good things about Joe and his company - they are awesome!!

GQC recently completed a 16x24 detached garage for me. The building was framed and sided one week before Christmas and completed with gutters and OHD installation by the end of the first week in January. Joe's price was very competitive, final bill exactly as agreed, quality of work top notch and he was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I was very pleased how well the material Joe selected matched our lakefront vacation home which was built in 2005. End product matches near perfectly. Not being from the WKY area, it was nice get what I paid for and without any haggling over details. Appreciate it Joe.

Joe built our new home 1650sq ft home with a 28X30 attached garage. It was quite an impressive build because of the short time frame we had. Joe began building in early December of 2014 and finished, as promised, on March 31st 2015. Despite the speed of the build there was no sacrifice in Quality. Joe was excellent in managing sub-contractors that helped to insure that we would meet our scheduled move in date. Joe is nice, friendly, sincere and he was very patient with the changes that I made mid- construction. 4 months after house had been completed there was an issue with our HVAC system. Even though Joe had finished the job, he still went to back work for us by getting the sub-contractor to come back and correct the problem. We plan on building a detached garage sometime in the future and when we do, you can bet we will get Gaither Quality Construction to build that for us too! We are very happy with our new home. I just had Joe Gaither build a 30x36 detached garage for me this spring. He and his crew did a excellent job on the construction of our building. Everything that was agreed on was done plus several small changes that I wanted done was taken care of at no additional cost to us. After the job was completed the work site cleaned up nicely. Joe was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Gaither Quality Construction to anyone looking for a quality contractor.
