WHAT WE DO
Gaither Quality Construction, located in Cunningham, KY, can build you a new home from the ground up. We will work with you to determine your unique needs and budget, and then we will get to work drafting plans and acquiring the necessary permits. We will start with a robust concrete foundation, then wood framing, and from there, your home will take shape. We will employ licensed professionals to handle your new home's plumbing and electrical wiring. We will put up drywall and flooring, install fixtures, set your doors… high-quality craftsmanship every step of the way. Throughout the entire process, there will be multiple inspections, then a final walkthrough. We will not leave until we can guarantee you an ideal home.
